Shilo George’s Body Sovereignty Project
Shilo offers organizational transformation work and consulting and also a Body Sovereignty Project where they explore their relationship with food and eating, their relationship with their body being in movement, and their relationship with their body, intimacy, and healing from sexual trauma. Along the way they share tidbits about these journies, and resources for others on a similar path. Included in their resources is a DIY Health Advocacy Plan to support people in claiming/re-claiming their agency and expertise in conversation with their health care providers.
