Inclusive Leadership Toolkit for Grassroots and Inclusive Leadership
This toolkit aims to assist in providing guidance to members of social sector organizations who seek to implement the tenants of inclusive leadership within their governing structures. It contains a series of policies, and practices with an emphasis on diversity and inclusiveness that can be adopted by a wide range of organizations. This paper is a part of a larger Inclusive Leadership Toolkit for The Land Between, which aims to provide resources to community groups on the inclusion of grassroots democracy, equal voice, and inclusive leadership within their organizational structures and outputs.
