Ruby Ervin

A servant leader at heart, Ruby Ervin (she/her) has the willingness to put in the work needed to achieve company goals. With over 10 years in the field, Ruby is a seasoned and meticulous Executive Assistant, skilled in collaborating with C-suite executives with a proven record of commitment to help CEOs succeed.

Ruby has extensive experience with all administrative tasks and has held positions in legal, medical, and business industries, and has consistently met the demands of cross-sectional industries. Recently, she worked for the Newark Alliance in a hybrid role encompassing dual positions as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager. Also, Ruby previously worked for other remarkable institutions such as NYU Langone Medical Center, the Educational Alliance and Canfield Scientific.

Ruby studied sociology and achieved her Bachelor of Science from SUNY Buffalo State College. She is a proud resident of Newark, NJ and is passionate about health and wellbeing. Ruby has attended many executive assistant training opportunities because she believes in leading herself to become a better version of herself every day.
