Princess Moore is the dedicated Executive Administrative Manager supporting Jacqueline
Patterson, Founder & Executive Director, with a passion for empowering and advancing black
communities. She actively champions equality and inclusivity, consistently seeking ways to uplift
black-owned businesses and initiatives that promote social justice.
With over 8 years of experience, Princess excels in navigating fast-paced, high-production
environments, providing invaluable support to the Executive Director and staff. She is committed
to cultivating purposeful relationships, fostering collaborative team mindsets, and delivering
high-quality performance to help achieve organizational goals.
Originally from Vicksburg, MS, Princess earned her B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from
Jackson State University. She currently resides in Dallas, TX, where she enjoys activities such
as reading, meditating, journaling, and relaxing by the lake in her hammock with her daughter,
Ava.
Princess lives by the motto: “One day at a time, we’re willing to travel the road of the unknown.
But, each day, each way, we get better and better.” Her dedication to personal growth and
continuous improvement shines through in her work and interactions, making her a valuable
