Operations Specialist

Kyshon Jackson is a cool, calm, and collected operations professional from Philadelphia, PA who works to “make an impact, not just money”. Motivated by this mantra, he focuses his profession around using his skills to support organizations that make a difference in underserved communities, especially women/femmes, the black community, and the LGBTQ+ community. Kyshon graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Organization & Management Studies where he gained key skills and experiences that have helped him purposefully navigate his career path.

Before joining The Chisholm Legacy Project, Kyshon spent the last three years as Operations Coordinator and then Operations Manager at Women In Transition, while also serving as a Lifeline counselor that provided resources and telephone counseling to survivors of domestic violence. Prior to counseling survivors, he supported children in K-8th grade schools with emotional and mental health issues as Therapeutic Staff Support. He has made it a part of his life’s mission to be the embodiment of a supportive, safe space and a prime example of resilience.
