She Safe We Safe
In 2019, BYP100 launched the She Safe, We Safe Story Collection Project. The Story Collection Project covered Black folks’ lived experiences with gender-based violence, alternatives to addressing violence without police, policing or prisons, and envisioned futures without patriarchal violence. At the conclusion of BYP100’s Story Collection Project, the data was compiled into a report as a tool for building community and Black Queer Feminist solutions. To explore more of BYP100’s journey over the last three years, search #SheSafeWeSafe on social media and be in conversation with us on how you’re building Black Queer Feminist solutions!
