Seeds of Land Return
This toolkit is designed to provide the minimal level of legal information needed for land return, so as to be minimally disruptive of the spirit of love, healing, and generosity that spurs acts of land return. The theory is that, on balance, everyone involved will be better protected and the process will flow more smoothly if does not become cluttered with legal considerations, tedious tax avoidance calculations, and the fear and distrust that can grow from trying to envision and control for every “what if.” And big picture, all real estate legal arrangements are ultimately enforced by courts and police violence, so this resource is designed to let relationships govern, not violence.
