Making Justice40 a Reality for Frontline Communities

We also identify lessons, both the good and the bad, from state and community-level experiences. While no state has taken all necessary steps to achieve climate action along with environmental, economic, and racial justice, many have made progress from which federal decision-makers can derive policy lessons and political momentum.
