Invisible Labor
Building off the ideas of “Cultural Taxation” (Audrey Williams June), Grollman explains the emotional labor that BIPOC academics preform in supporting BIPOC students at historically white colleges and universities. Grollman also uplifts suggestions from other Black academics as to how scholars can protect their emotional wellbeing.
