Global Environmental Justice Observatory
The purpose of the observatory is to support research and education in the interface of the environment, social justice and human rights. It has three key components: a student-edited peer-reviewed journal, Global Environmental Justice; a podcast, entitled Liminal Spaces, featuring interviews with distinguished scholars and practitioners from around the world; and educational resources, including syllabi. In the works is an encyclopedia like feature with entries on key events, people, institutions, and concepts in global environmental justice and related fields, such as political ecology, environmental human rights, gender, race and labor studies.
