COP26

Today, I am attending the 2021 Global Conference on Health and Climate Change, with special focus on Climate Justice and the Healthy and Green Recovery from COVID-19.

As week one of COP 26 comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on the accomplishments and failures of the negotiations.

An important issue that is generating a lot of talk and attention, as well it should, is loss and damages from climate change and climate finance.

Science has sounded the alarm and climate activists have converged in Glaskow to respond and administer emergency triage until our global leaders can perform the necessary transitional operations to repair the damage done to our atmosphere.
